“Without inspiration there are no organization!”

We are living in a busy world full of stresses and disappointments. Therefore, all of us, time after time need some inspiration. Something or someone who can help you get up when you fall; who gives you hope for a better tomorrow.

I am blessed to have a person in my life who inspires me, who gives me strength to carry on, who is always there for me.

She is my older sister, my judge, my best friend, my life boat and my WOW person. I admired her for the fact that even if life kicked her so badly, and not for the first time, she is still able to find the way to stand up and move on.

For a quite a long period, her life was pretty tough and cruel but I don’t really remember her crying over it. To be honest, I am sure she did but not in front of me, I guess.
But whenever we try to find words to say how happy we are to have each other, we always end up weeping.

She is the one who believes in me. I can feel her worries and support from thousands of kilometers, from continents. No matter which part of the world I am in, she is always with me. God bless you, sis!

Have you ever heard about “The secret”?
Well, I found this movie a few years ago and it became my life guide: http://www.thesecret.tv

The main idea of it is to learn to organize your life and control your thoughts. ”Be careful what you wish, because you might just get it!”

If you feel like in then go ahead and check it out, but it definitely works for me.
Anyway, back to the inspiration topic. One of the tips from this movie which I found very useful is to create your “visual board” or “life catalogue”. I did them both.

The board; I share it with my boyfriend. We placed on it pictures with our “perfect life” images, which represent not only material things such as car, house and etc., but also: health, love, happiness, passion and so on. And day after day, we look at it and visualize them.

The catalogue; this one is more private and consists of fancy clothes, cosmetics, happy family pictures, healthy life, my goals, travels and etc. Believe it or not, I really enjoy cutting out different images from magazines and placing them on my “life pages”.

One more thing following a specialist’s advice which I find really helpful, is to make my self- motivation list. This reminds me of my own strengths, skills and personality; goals and education which I have achieved, etc. So if I forget how good I am, I just read it.

Till tomorrow....
